    When i open gamez aion launcher this happens . I open it with ncsoft launcher and all works help please .

    Maybe you can try doing what it says and re-install the Gamez launcher? =o Try deleting it from your Aion folder and installing it again.

    i was running gamez aion from gamez.bat or aion.bat before update but i can't find this file now

    Also if he does that, don't forget to change it to "all file types" and not "text only" when saving cause if he does the second then it will only open through notepad :p Either way, sent him the bat file already, we'll see what works out.
