    Make sure you added GamezBD Launcher as an exemption to your antivirus, defender, ccleaner, etc.

    Set exceptions to GamezBD Launcher and Black Desert Online folder in your firewall/windows defender and windows smartscreen.

    so ive tried all the fixes youve suggested and none of them have worked so im not sure what do now ive even asked on the discord and laredal tried helping but was unable to remedy the problem
