    The other NPC beside emporium where we can buy some recipe for the superior recovery serum is missing is it deleted or being transferred in some places cant craft serum now its missing :(:(

    You can purchase the design from Darius for elyos and Grad for Asmodians ,you can also type /where Darius to find the NPC.
    Buy design Fine Recovery Serum instead Superior Recovery Serum design, It's just same crafting result.
