    well something damaged the file.
    sometimes the file is not damaged but
    was blocked by something else.

    - i suggest to delete the "bin64" folder then
    - create an exception for BDO on your anti-virus.
    + Website exception: *.gamezbd.net*
    + Folder exception: C:\BlackDesertGamezBD
    * The root folder where the game is.
    - last do a force recheck to fix the files.
