    GamezBD Launcher can't run.

    Error:
    The type initializer for ' MZbZnmKByRUNdaCwUYJKd7x2chH' threw an exception.
    The application is terminating.

    i have .net 4.7 and C++2005,2008,2010,2012,2013,2017.

    Hmmm, that looks new to me, no idea what is going on, but there is a usual solve to most problems:
    Other easy solves are to set an exception in the Anti-Virus and Firewall, as well as "Run as Admin.".

    If its Windows 7 , try enable updates and install all lastest updates on Win7.
