hey problem to come in game

    when i start the lucnher and then it come to the screen there it says ncsoft then it says thats some program in the way that cant make it sart or something i buyid this comp today and its windows 7 and i dont know what to do to come in game and play :O plz help

    open ncsoft launcher and update ur aion then open aion thru ncsoft launcher. this will update ur directx then close aion and launch it again thru gamezaion launcher

    try this:

    1.run as administrator/windows XP
    2.repair and open aion with the ncsoft launcher
    3.reinstall gamezaion
    4.reinstall aion
