Waiting for an answer Raaz as to why you would spread these lies to the community. Bella can change the spreadsheets back to the last edit easily since she's the owner of the spreadsheets. Like Fynie said all bans are to be in both places. The AM's ban logs and the spreadsheet so explanation about this please.

Personally I'm curious as to how a video can be deleted by someone on a website when a video isn't even posted on that website. Not to mention this supposed redundancy in the ban logs and the fact that Fynie did not in fact delete them. I also seem to remember even AMs posting in the report section and being required to provide proof there not to mention refusing to provide proof in the appeal as well.

 

Sorry Twilight, you told me to keep things from private messages private... but this is pretty much a case against you, so everything you say/type will be used against you. You should've been fully aware of it from the start.

 

Yes if a ban appeal is denied the players can request the proof of their ban and the AMs must provide it if requested. There was actually a problem quite awhile back when Bella when through all the staff's ban logs and she found that some bans didnt have proof so we unbanned those accounts upon request of the players involved. No proof = invalid ban

So this whole post here which a certain someone has looked at and refuses to post said proof and also deletes or locks any thread about it and has stated that this "proof" she refuses to post would mean she'd have to unban him....OH WAIT Fynie deleted that proof...not

 

I've received a PM on the forum from an anonymous asmo player a while ago telling me that twilightgirl always hangs out with kaylara and other ice tea members all the time. Ice tea members are the ones Ruiko hunts the most because of their superiority complex. Wonder if that has anything to do with this.

 

Razz, don't fall down to bella's level, I had faith in you when you became a SAM, and now this is slowly fading away.

 

My advice for you would be to send a pm to Bryne about it along with the links to the threads you've made, especially this one. Ask her to take a look but don't be rude b/c Bryne is a sweetheart.

 

We pretty much pmed most of the other GMs in an attempt to "confirm" twilight's story. Waiting on most but the ones who have responded so far pretty much contradict what she said

 

@Ashtar & Fynie: Thank you so much for your support and the information you gave us about how the banning system works; now we know for sure there's something else going on, and we are going to push this case until it's resolved.

First of All ..

Srry Fynie.. I was kinda annoyed and disorientated maybe, and well, I embraced the facts in a wrong and premature way maybe, I don't really know whether u did or not that, Yet I was told that, and I'm not having a good time atm, which made me act irrationally maybe.. All I can do is Apologise since there isn't any proof atm about it ~ I'm not here to degrade ur reputation nor anything else.

Secondly Leaking staff info isn't considered as when I make a statement about a proof getting deleted, which I already apologised for.

About the proofs on the case, I've already talked with ppl in staff and I got many witnesses about it and another thing ~ The legion who reported Ruiko wasn't Ice Tea, I got reports from 5 different legions about that thing, and Indeed was true. Having no animation in a Wind cut down Cast isn't normal, is it? And afaik your not using +31% atk speed since u don't have any kind of tome adding it. Ping isn't such an important factor and I got almost the same ping, I tested it WITH +31percent atk speed boost, yet the animation can't be instant.

And ashtar: I don't believe it's a poor judgement, I do have lots of good fundaments and above all other GM's as witnesses of this, However I don't feel like I could talk with you now since I don't really know what's ur opinion about me or any other staff members atm ~ I'm not willing to take any side yet I'm trying to calm everything since I dislike drama on the forums. If u believe I need to explain this to you, I'll gladly do it on PM's or u can add me in MSN if u please.

You keep saying I have no delay in casting wind cutdown, but where is your video of it? Because to me, I DO have a casting animation. I play the game at a constant 50+ FPS and normal 31-50 ms. You decided to ban me without providing the evidence that you are SUPPOSED to provide when asked for, according to Ashtar.

 

And yet....proof where? Video where? You say he was no-animation hacking yet provide no proof of this anywhere and there has been no proof anywhere. You make it seem like 5 people reporting someone = ban without any proof needed. As has been shown here it seems that it is suppose to be policy to have evidence before bans are made and that evidence should be shown and available if asked.
