How does one build stigma tree in Lumiel? Is it through AP or Kinah?

Since player inventory is transferred, but AP isn't, shouldn't there be some cunning people that think of buying Stigma Stones with their Siel AP, then transfer all those stones to Lumiel? I don't think this will cause that big of a problem, but...you know...

Kinah, and can be bought in the Cloister of Kaisinel or the Convent of Marchutan.
