    I didn't know about plumes. But when I did know I bought one without ups and on that Day I got plus 9 lol It cost me 1b and 100 TS to get only 1 Plume+9 the rest of the plume broke, You just need to get lots of +8 when you do up it to +9 then make lots of +9 again and then make it to 10 and so on
