Hi, i need help.

Hello,i am new here. I download the game like itwas said to do on the webpage and nowwhen itry to log, i log onserver enter my password, and when i try to to slect the server it doesnt go futher just stay there with the server list and doesnt allow me to enter in any of the 2 that are showed :s can any1 please help me?:sad:

 

Edited : Try to repair your client using the NCsoft launcher and then run it with proper launcher which is GamezAion launcher

 

Didnt work, still doing the same

Check your client version on the ncsoft launcher if your are on 2.7.0.2 then you need to downgrade using this guide http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f64/[guide]downgrade-2-7-0-2-2-7-0-1-a-114633/ if not then check your firewalls and antivirus turn them off to see if they are blocking some necessary ports.

 

i do have 2.7.0.2 , going to try it ty
