    My account is still active but the characters are erased, Didn't play the game for almost 5 years.
    Please check screen shot below for the transaction history of my account and character names under my account.
    I have also a sorcerer named Zkat.
    Hopefully that you can recover my characters.

    Hey there! Well if you played five years ago, your gear would be out of date with the new update. Moreover, there was a decision to remove all account data due to abuses done with items so that's the reason why you can't find your characters.
