    so we cant make any asmo/elyos in one account?
    So what about those old players, why do they have elyos/asmo in one account.

    The limitations in character creation is not something we implemented, it is a clientside restriction created by NCSoft.

    We are working on a foolproof means with which to ensure players with new accounts can create both races however it's a bit tricky so patience is appreciated there.

    Although the snappiness is duly noted.
