Hide Other Player Character Doesnt Work

there setting that allow to hide other character and auto FPS
i use that 2
but when at expl like heidel, alot of player still show up,
tho i set auto FPS limit to max or 60fps and use hide other player character,
i still got 10fps and player still not hide from my screen
10 fps at heidel is anoying sometimes freze cant move
i set to optimize mode or very low still dosnt change tho when i hunt i can play with med setting
i try on retail my pc can hide other player, so maybe on here can fixed that too
usualy i ignore litle ting and dont like to post someting like this, but for few days, sometimes i got dc everytime i go to heidel
thx before if admin can fixed or trying fixed it

 

It works. Hide other characters hides the nearby characters when the drop frame rate drops due to too much crowd.

 

then what makes me cant hide other player?
that threshold 30 or 60 auto framerates still cant help me, on heidel i got 10 framerates still many crowd show
is there anyone who have same problem?
