high ping

is there anyway to low the ping

it's 175

i can't tame horse
monsters lag i hit one after 2 sec it's behind me

i have 20 mbps

 

Ping unfortunatly is what it is. The signal can unfortunatly only go so fast. Light speed is the limiting factor. By having a better routing you might be able to squeeze a few more ms out. But not much. Programs like WTFast might improve ping a little.
Overall you cant do much though. Ping is tied to where you are and the server is. If that distance is too far, you have bad latency. Only real solution is to move closer to the server. But since that is the most suboptimal choice for most, just try WTFast or any other Tunneling software.
