    Hi there.

    I've been trying to get a couple of Professional workers (Artisans even better), but I've spend more then 3K energy over the last 3 days and only 1 Professional so far. Any chance you guys can set it to a higher chance then the current one? It currently has the retail settings. Thanks.

    Yes this definitely needs buffing, honestly it feels much worse than retail but I could be wrong.

    I don't know if it was secretly buffed or it stated in a past patch but Majority of my workers lvl 30 were almost 100% successful. I had used pearls to promote them instantly. The higher level the worker is (max 30) the higher the chance.
