    Dunno. No one had that much kinah since the wipe but I heard people saying their kinah gets limited to 10b after relog.Kinah is now valuable which can be used to buy potions/scrolls/food at broker unlike before.

    There is self command .dye and it should be followed by the code of the color. Ex FFFFF

    BIG EDIT: Some extra info:
    - It dyes all the armor parts that are worn on you at that very moment.
    - The cost is 10mil per dye
    - You can dye your shield as well
    - Some colors look the same if you run on low settings
