Horrid Download Speed

I currently play Gamez BD quite often on my desktop and decided to get it on my laptop for when i'm dog sitting (which is my job). And so i started the download in the exact same way in which i did on my desktop but im getting like 0.09 mbs and only receiving from 3 peers. On my desktop i was getting 15.5 mbs with 800 peers.

Desktop has a i7-4790k and gtx 1070
Laptop is a dell G3 with a gtx 1060 max Q and 17-8700hq

Things i've tried- Ethernet, Wifi, Reinstalling launcher, restarting computer, googling it, and looking in anti virus settings in case it was getting blocked by something.
