Resolved horse bug - cannot ride

hello,
so i got this beta reward horse (the black horse)
after i regis ter at the stable and taken it out, there's no selection of command to ride or open inventory or anything else appear, cannot press R or F5, F7 etc.
nothing happen, when i walk away and call the horse, he still come to me, but i cannot do anything else to the horse,
i tried move from velia to heidel and remote-collect the horse and taken it out again, the same thing still occurs,
please help,
the horse looks so cool and it's a special horse from beta rewards, so i wanna keep him.
