Horse doesnt gain xp....

    I ran a mission and got 3 tier 8 horse coupons. I registered 2 of them, took one out and noticed it doesn't gain xp. Its stuck at level 1. I ran around for over 30 minutes and the xp bar just shows 0/100. Is this a bug or is this just a dud horse given out you cant level up. Please help! Thank you!

    Are you saying 3 free horses with high stats with all skills? If it's true then it's not a bug, they will stay at level 1 forever.
