Horse leveling bug?

    I'm having a problem with the horse leveling system in the GamezBD server.

    Whenever I'm leveling my horses in this server, the frequency at which the exp 'ticks' is about as frequent as it does on retail servers (15 seconds give or take), and I gain 1,100~ exp per tick (on retail, I usually get 800~ exp per tick)

    The server information (in game) says that mounts gain %200+ experience. The mount exp buff only applies %35+ for me.

    Is this intentional?
    Or an oversight in the server?
