    My horse is already level 30. So my horse training wont go up anymore? if I keep using a level 30 horse?

    Thats because your horse is already level 30. Get another lower level horse if you wish to continue leveling your training.
    Level 30 is the highest you can get. Now if you want to get tier 2 or 3 horse you will need to breed/exchange with female.

    or... go taming horses... thaths the fastest way, port epherya has the stable near the horses spot
