House Auctions

While trying to bid for a house this is the message im getting "you exceeded the maximum bidding amount and can no longer make a bid". What is that?

Also, in all the houses there is this "this house is sold, new owners will move in shortly" o,O?

 

do i need to have a house to participate in this so called AUCTIONS?
c'mon answer me wise ppl

The bidding for 516/520 places will start at 1k or less. Only 4 properties would start at 6k. This is the same price as a godstone which are one of the most commonly bought items. I am suggesting that the tickets are tradeable for other items.

The kinah problem will be fixed with time. On lumiel the broker is once again stocked with 5slot and 6slot yellow gear (1bil or less). Compare this to a few months ago when even primal was selling for 2-3b+ and normally people wouldn't accept kinah at all. This situation will remedy itself and (imo) a wait and watch approach is best. I am in favour of a sink, however I think involving housing in the mix would favour people that did abuse the broker bug.

 

On the contrary, if housing upkeep (every week) actually costs something, then the people who abused it and want to buy up a ton of houses wont be able to keep up with the fees. Their kinah isn't infinite and even if they have some piled up, they don't really have any income besides what normal people have.

I would probably make palaces credits based just because there are only 4 of them on each side. This way gamez gets decent funding every week on upkeep. There are plenty of estates and mansions and honestly those should be priced in kinah.

 

what bothers me most is: studio items disappearing, is it fixed? Are they going to disappear as well in estates/palaces/ecc? I don't think I'm going to spend a single kinah (let alone credits) unless I'm 100% sure they last...

I don't think they would release housing until this gets fixed so yea

 

the thing is, it's like the third time "housing was fixed" and it ended up being just as bugged XD

besides, it says "after change house appearance" and, well they didn't only disappear due to the appearance change but also each time server rebooted...so that could still happen

 

so wait... if you don't pay the maintenace cost? Your house is to be sold on auction again right?I wonder How much do palace maintenance cost?

 

Housing is already implemented, The first palace 6 estates, and about 30 other properties already have been sold.
