Hey,

So since this server it only costs 10m to buy any house/estate/palace etc. Can we please get the rates for a resale reduced? For instance an estate usually should go for 330m and to sell it, it's like 10% fee so roughly 33m. Can this please be reduced? No one will spend more than 33m on most houses unless it is a palace. If we want to give up a house we lose more money than it is even worth.

I don't care that the weekly upkeep is staying the same, but at least.

Also can you please add more housing storage and stuff to the shops please? like some of the Christmas, Halloween stuff and more?
