How Can I Fly EvryWhere ?

How Can I Fly EvryWhere ? i search in forum and in google about "How Can I Fly EvryWhere ?" but nothing can enyone help me ? some guys in game said that i must download one patch but i can t find this patch. I read in this forum that is legal to have this patch...

You can freefly everywhere except Beluslan and Heiron, it is disabled in those zones.

you can fly everywhere , but you cant fly everywhere in beluslan and heiron.

... Is ILLEGAL TO FLY IN HEIRON/BELUSLAN ... if you came here because you can t fly in heiron or belus ..then nobody will give you the answer ....

 

ALENTE! they disabled free fly in heiron also beluslan, however players can freely open wings any place now in these places as in any city now

It was disabled, and the bug was people coming out from the city where you can fly outside to kill ground ppl, but now you can just open wings in any place, even outside cities.

Could you tell Carl to fix that please?

ps. im sorry but sometimes im flying to catch them too cause if we dont they just spell us till die, hope this be fixed soon, this started yesterday restart( when put new server )
