    Just press "Shift + V" to know if someone is recruiting for IS.
    IS / Infinity Shard portal (Since its main entrance doesn't give Abyss points) is located at near Vifrost Bridge if your an Asmo. Its appearance is an Orange Colored rift.

    Hello,

    If you're an elyos, you can get custodian's set and weapons in Kaisinel Academy.
    If you're an asmodian, you can find it in Marchutan Priory with the name of shepherd's and ambassador's.

    Concerning CMs, easiest would be joining Infinity Shard event. You can join it 3 times per character. Also you can get some from 1v1/autogroup/group events.
