How can I get Distorted Dragon Lord's extendable weapons??

    My friends and I went to instance "Dragon Lord's refuge". After defeating the final boss Tiamat, there's no chests spawn in the middle of the room.
    We entered the instance through Cygnea since the portal in the capital ( Sanctum) isn't working. I saw many people selling these weapons on broker, so there must be a way to get it.
