How do I report cheating player?

    I wanna report a player named WhiteGod that cheats..
    So.. I was grinding at Schultz guard when a player named WhiteGod came in... So I killed him a couple times before he went missing for quite sometime and then came back with extraordinary speed hacking.. I couldn't see his character.. it was just jumping around here and there super fast.
    This player should be banned for hacking.
