How do i speed up my connection??

There was this fasterping thing that was posted by Hellmade i think . so i tried it but i don't think its enough so if you guys have more suggestions pls do help, cause my connection is really crappy when it comes to Aion , well other online games and mmo's works fine and fast except Aion i always get DC and if i get lucky i won't get disconnected but, it would be laggy and PVP'ing is hard to do. For example if i see some enemies running they wouldn't be where i think they are. lets say your running towards me and in my screen you are maybe 10 steps away while in fact, your already just 3-4 steps infront of me. I check my ping in CMD comand and its like 200-300+ and some (request timeouts) -Which causes the DC. and if its a constant 200-300+ it's still no good for PVP and to tell you the truth my connection is fine it's only with Aion that i have this kinda crap ms. and we're changing connection tomorrow but when i checked the MS of Aion in the new one it's almost just the same its a constant 200-300+ but none of the request timed out. so any idea on what to do?? sorry for this crappy thread i just don't know how to say it right. :andy:
