How do you become a VIP?

Hi,
This is a kinda dumb question but, How do you become a VIP?







Also, Do you have to be a VIP to trade an untradeable Item such as,

• Tahabata's Spear
• Tahabata's Sword
• Tahabata's Longbow

Ect... And, How do I get the 2.1 Item.pak? I downloaded it and I put it in:
"C:\Program Files\NCsoft\Aion\Objects\items" and i restarted the game and then I logged in and still couldn't trade things like "Tahabata's Spear"... inched:

 

Yes you need VIP membership to trade Untradeable items.

You can get VIP membership from the website, for 1500 credits. go to the main website > Login > User CP > Get premium/VIP membership.

Tahabata's Spear
Tahabata's Sword
Tahabata's Longbow, are Tradeable with only 2.1 items.pak
