How does the setup work?

I downloaded the game while I was sleeping.I couldn't find any shortcuts when I got up.
When I look at the game files, there is no launcher.
When I open the launcher I downloaded from the site, how does it install again? Can someone help?
Or are we installing the game on the black desert on steam?

 

Well, the thing is that the Launcher has a Settings option, and there you can tell it where the game-files are located. If you have installed the GamezBD-version ontop of another BDO version it will not work.
