i have the same problem but i just keep on doing the update and manage to get through . but others said try deleting the gamezaion.dll and gamezaion.cfg (but be sure to back them up 1st b4 u do that)

Says access denied to D:\GamezAION\L10N\1_enu\data\zData.pak. It is trying to update the file, but can't overwrite it. I would suggest one of 2 things.
1. Right click the launcher and run it as administrator to give it sufficient rights
2. Go to that folder and delete the file. It is a manual override added by gamez so it is not necessary for playing the game and the launcher should download an updated version of it anyway.
