How to buy from Webshop?

Hello, first of all I'm from SA and I understand that to buy an item or whatever it may be I need Cash fisrt but I tried and I was making way to many steps and thought was doing something wrong so I didn't do any payment yet. I'm paying with a MasterCard in USD so I doubt it will be much different from any other country, anyone please able to help?

 

Which option did you choose? DigiSeller has an extra option to donate through PayPal. Have you tried?
You just have to login and click Donate. After that choose DigiSeller and pick the amount. From that, you gonna be redirect to another page, there select the method, which includes PayPal.

 

I choose Digiseller since I want to use a MasterCard but from there on out I don't understad which option to choose

For example DigiSeller - $5 Get Code - Now do I choose WebMoney to be able to use Master? Do I need a WebMoney Account? Just seems kinda complicated and a lot of steps idk
