    Are you missing anything else besides the voice folder? Try repairing your client with the NCLauncher to get the files.

    Here it is the voice folder that should be in Aion/Sounds/Voice, download the voice.rar, move it to Aion\L10N\ENU\Sounds, right click > Extract Here, and replace everything
