How to fix this?

Hello there! i try to play but when i open the game just after the gamez launcher closes when i press start game it crashes... anyone experienced something like this before? please help

btw... windows 7, x64 bits and i just installed the game

did ncsoft do something to block private servers launchers, because this is not the only server i cant access... i tried some else and the same as here, the problem is that here i have plaid aion since i started to play aion

 

Delete de $Patch$ Folder inside Aion, run the NCsoft Launcher and click File Repair

 

didnt work. same
