How to fly in No fly zone?

    I saw ALOTS of player flying in no fly zone? Why can't I? :unsure:

    unfortunately, a no fly zone is Herion/Beluslan and if you get caught flying out of the 2 main towns or the 2 aether areas (Stome Circle/ Alukina) on those 2 map then you'll get jailed.

    No... How come all the places are no fly zone for me??? Only like 1 small place is fly able to me.
