how to get a npc Ipikio.

i have question about the npc Ipikio

umm how to get npc Ipikio, and i can't fly in sanctum is there any way to get npc Ipikio without fly, if there anyway to get npc Ipikio it is my problem cuz i am new in Aion.

Go near to ipikio and use this command /select ipikio, then try to attack him using "C" (keyboard)... Distance needed 10-11m.
