How to get ship components

I purchased the carrack advanced from the webshop, but it did not come with components. How do I go about getting components for this ship. I cant seem to find out how to buy or build them. Thank you for your help.

 

Ship gear is like PvP gear, you won't get it at Web Shop. That said, notice that Great Ocean update is a HUGE content, which you gonna have to lose some time reading this:

You'll have to do barter in order to obtain Crow Coins to buy the Green Gear. From that, you'll be able to craft the Blue Gear, but it's not that simple. Visit the link above, there you'll find information regarding those new ships, equipments and such.
