How to get taha shield?

    I was just wondering how we can get tahabata's shield now. Since it cant be traded and if you go to dp you dont have free flight to fly there and the door is bugged for walking so i dont understand how we are suppose to get his shield now. Can anyone explain how we can get it now? Thx in advance.

    1. DP(you cant get there cause the door is bugged and you cant free flight there atm.)
    2. As far as i know, it isnt tradeable atm.
    3. I think personal shops are bugged atm, but idk.

    Is it bugged to get to them? I heard that the door to tahabata was bugged! Are these guys outside of the door or something?
