    We do have it described in Value Pack, however, it might be a translation issue that @Kolka stated in another thread but regarding 30% buffs.
    I believe it's not available here, not because we receive 80 Pearls free every 30min, but because this Value Pack in retail came like an "event", which rewards you with 52 pearl per day, which is equal to 1560 Pearls if you log every day. Making the pack worth a total of 690 Pearls instead of 2560 (retail values). But @Kolka may clarify it better.
