    Hello pandorax, that design should be on the broker fairly cheap. If not, There are some people that have aquired Wright's Tokens. I know there is someone in sanctum and pandomonium who gives daily or weekly quests for them. I also heard there is someone in Sarpan who gives quests.

    The daily quest is acquired by the writes administrator which can be found near the crafting area in either sanctum or panademonium. I hope this helps with that at least.
