    u need aethers & sapphire powder which can be convert from sapphire ore. & the avasta paper u could buy from the npc there & u need 380 alchemy i think that's all.

    btw i from asmodae, so i get some ore from miners in beluslan, but my problem is i cant get som aether extractor from the NPC in pandemoneom=.
