how to report someone that insult in chat?

    Hey guys. im a fairly new player, and getting in some star end grind zone. i asked a duel for the spot to a guy, and won the duel. he didn't say any R for readyness, but i still manage to win. after that, he insulted me, and didn't want to elave the spot. i won again, and then he pked
    EDIT : i forgot to mention, that this guy kept insulting me for no reason
    how do i report these kind of guy?
