How you get to Belsulan? (Asmo)

    When I use the teleporter in town (Pandaemonium), it doesn't give me to option to fly to Belsulan. Do I have to do any quest?

    You have to talk to the Champagne NPC in Altgard first. Then go back to the tele in Altgard and go to Morhiem & talk to the Champagne NPC there as well. Then go to the tele in Morhime and all locations should be available to tele to now.

    Ofc you can always buy scrolls for Belu in Panda, i did for the longest time until i finally opened the full map.

    Dude just go to pandemonium and get a Beluslan scroll from the General Goods NPC. Then go there and talk to the main NPCs with the Champaign quests and just receive them. Then the teleport there will open.

    But im pretty sure you have to JUST talk and receive the campaign quests from Morheim too.
