Hi there again,

So you might say, "Get over it and just go back its not hard" yeah, okay, not hard, agreed, however it's EXTREMELY annoying to do it as it takes time, then you have to hope that your client doesn't crash while you kill (While that in the past few days has gotten better thank God) and then make sure the boss isn't too high up so it just merges into the floor or isn't too low so that the million little hands are tickling you to death.

What our alliance experienced for the past few days is that atleast 2 out of 4 runs was bugged every single day. What we all agreed on is that we wanted to raise awareness and wanted to bring this to the staff members' attention that this is a very big issue. Once again, I'm not complaining its hard or anything, but it's just not supposed to be this way.

What we were hoping to get out of this is to ask for a refund of the chests since its not our fault that the boss decides to play Casper on us and dissapear. I have posted proof of the dissapeared bug and the names of the alliance.

It's very known. Till it gets fixed, AMs on Siel are active and as you know me (AM Gabi/Gabriela), feel free to PM me whenever this happens again, that's why we are there for ;3 Please just make sure that the whole alliance is still complete, just to be fair! <3
