I am sorry, need to understand some things

2 days ago i reported somebody who i thought he is a hacker.

here, i can see that i was wrong, and his ban appeal was approved.


I am really sorry because of my report, the player was banned for some time.

All i want is that some AM/GM to explain me , to make me understand the facts, how come the player can run faster then me, how can the player can cast Unnering Arrow I or Holy Arrow I, while mooving.

Why i am asking this? Its because i really don't want to make more reports with the same situation and accuse random players for nothing.
