    i buy me credits 18 euro (2500 credits) and i dont have them.

    Hi I have a big big problemm. I buy me for 4 days credits for 18 euro. i waite now 4 days and i dont have my credits ( 2500 credits). i dont happy . i will my 2500 credits now. I can give a screenshot where you see the click and buy has charged. But i dont have my credits :(

    from what i get out of his engrish is that he already waited 4 days.. so cant take that long for them to do it right ..... unless it does then um yea.

    Not receiving credits means the company you have donated through is holding your funds, chances are you raised a red flag in their anti-fraud checks.

    You will need to contact the Support teams of Payment Wall or SuperRewards (Depending on which one you used) and see what they want to confirm with you. Links to these pages can be found on our donation pages.

    Nothing we can do about it I'm afraid. You'll need to contact them.
