I can log in

hi, since the restart of today when i log in, before choose any toon it says: "Failed to connect to the game server."
Also, when i log in it says You are already logged in (7), so i have to log in again (then it says "failed to...")

my name account is niman1, my chars are niman, nimn and nimnn.

log in crashed thats why cuz i have the same problem =)

 

try to log in again, if it says you are already logged in, give it about 20-30 seconds and try again... if you still encounter the problem, let me know.

 

Open your task messenger menu (ctrl - alt - del) and Force End the Aion.bin proces while logging in.

Restart your game and log in.

i tried also leting it say me im loged in, then i close and i try from start again but no way..

Wait, so you're still having the same issue of not being able to log in?
I hope that you didn't share your account information with anyone.

Other than that, people have already suggest that you try pressing ctrl + alt + del and ending the aion.exe process in your task manager.
I don't know how else to be more specific if you don't understand this.

 

theres no aion.exe running, im not idiot, and i tried doing a lot of things, like that

i hope with the next restart i will be in normal conditions again

 

Okay. Not sure what server your on doesn't quite matter actually.

Put in player unstuck requests for those characters. If you crashed, and were online with a character it's possible that the server thinks your still online with your account, which basically should resolve itself when you log in a secondary time. If not, or if you crashed at character selection same deal basically.

You may have to end up waiting for a server restart to kick the account, but lets try character unstuck first see if that helps you out some.

Additional; even if a secondary Aion.bin process was running, it wouldn't cause this issue. It would cause a ton of computer lag however.

Alright those three are processed though.

Now, note. If they did take effect and work, you may crash upon character selection screen, or upon logging in. But, if you do just log in again and if you crash at char selection. Log again and it should be fine.

I know a pain, but at the moment only remedy I have for you =/

 

i requested for those 3 and: niman and nimnn are ok now!
but nimn keeps bug, when i select it my game freezes and then closes.
(i don't know if it have been unstucked)
