I can not get into the game

The thing is, this morning I was accessing my account normally, so when I tried to get out again, I could not play anymore, the game starts, you see the login screen appears my chars, but when I click on one to start the does not enter the game more.
I did the game update to 2.7, however I saw that this was not the problem, as I have version 2.6 of the backup, I restored.
please help with this problem

learn to read the forums its most likely being updated now, everybody asking the exact same thing

I had already updated to version 2.7, but when I did not even come into play

 

Server seems to be up,i just connected.

 

I think for them is more Simple creating a thread than Reading the latest 10 Threads or use Search button...... ><

stuck at hero selection !

There are at least 100 players having the same issue..
