I cannot access special offer items

    Hi !

    I really hate to complain, but I have had a serious provlem with the Pearl Shop since I started playing Gamez BDO last month
    The fact is I can use most of the PS without a single problem, except for all special offers :
    - If i click on one of the items advertised on the PS's main page, or nothing happens, or it links me to the supposed item, except I can not see it (it seems like it's hiding behind the list of other items because i sometimes see something behind them when I scroll down)
    - When I am lucky and insist on clicking an item that actualy reacts, I sometimes manage to see the bottom of the item details, and then i can see the Pearl button and manage to buy it.

    Unfortunately, in the current case, I wanted to buy a Cokking EXP transfer, and the bottom one, the only one I can access the Pearl button of is for Hunting EXP.

    The question is why do I have this weird glitch ?
    Can anything be done about it ?

    While I am at it, I acidently bought a second [Lahn] Coco Summer Box from the webshop, and I didn't claim because I hoped I could sell it on the marketplace... but I can't.
    I don't know the reason as it is not mentioned anywhere on the box that it is bound, and yet when i try to register it on the marketplacve, the item is amongst all the other greyed ones.

    Would it be possible to get a refund ? The name of my account is the same as on the forum, "Macadamia".

    Well I am sorry to hear sbout the wrong purchase but GamezBD does not give you Pearls back for any player wrong-doings, you can only chalk that up to "do not do that again" because you will get more pearls for free while being online. About the Promotions Page in the Pearl Shop I know that it just does not work because it is listing things from the "official" version and not what we have access to here on our community. Now about the skill transfer I know that it is NOT part of the Pearl Shop at the moment (it was only available shortly due to an event) since a quick search through the PS (Pearl Shop) using the word skill does not yield anything with transfer in it.

    Hi, thanks for your reply, as for the wrong second Lahn set i bought on the webshop, i guess i'll keep that for a future Lahn alt.
    As for the skill transfer, it was more expensive, but i ended up buying it in the webshop too.
    I suppose supporting the server can't be bad for the community anyways :)

    Thanks for clearing up the skill transfer for me though, I had no noticed that option in the webshop :)
