500 dmg to interupt .... I would consider it "ok" ... Korean RNG does wonders .. but hunter´s DoT which does like, lol 50 dmg ? ... that´s what is really "lol" classy here ..

I don't know, but i also got confused... evilset said 100 concentration reduces the interruptive effect of 100 damage when i have 1000 hp and 200 dmg when i have 2000 hp, wat?

I got 9k+ hp on sorc and just the poison of the agonizing arrow which is less than 50 damage interrupts my spells like ALWAYS.

Anyways, discussing about this makes no sense, we have to get someone to test it on retail, without solid proof, changing it is nonsense.

Then again.. what doesn't make sense is that, if by the first hit (no matter the damage) your spell gets interrupted, then what is the point of having concentration? It's like not having any at all -.-

 

some1 dosent like us talking about this and i predict thread will get closed soon still con is so wrong as if the con we already have dosent count at all if it works like this then put back normal dmg ofr sorc spells plz cuz doing 3k on glads with glacial and geting interrupted in the first second....this is so mest up to top all bugs gamez have right now honestly this is sad .

 

I guess so yeah, but it should just be put back to what it was a month ago. It has been broken and so needs to be fixed. At that time conc seemed fine, was getting interupted now and again. Since it broke though its a nightmare.

 

+10 to this back then u'd still get interrupted but not this much so no1 complained .. it was aceptable yet now i got interrupted all my skills fighting 1 lil ranger wheres the con there?!

 

Idk, my concentration is equally as bad on Retail as it is on Gamez. Hence the reason why you want to get into the habit of jump casting/healing.

 

Not trying to be rude, but if you think concentration is working as NCSoft intended at the moment, you should show us the proof that the testing team has compiled. I HIGHLY doubt that with 100 concentration a 10 damage attack should interrupt me 50% of the time. Even rangers agonizing arrow which does 20 damage will interrupt me more than 50% of the time. (This is with the formula Evilset had in mind where I have 11k hp and 100 concentration)

 

Don't forget we got good items here and our concentration is pretty high compared to retail's.

 

My new set actually gives more concentration, so I'm fully aware of that part. I'd compare it to Gamez, but as I've mentioned before, I'm on 2.7.

It honestly seems like some people are just used to being OP with their casting. Such as Chanters managing to cast healing burst through a major zerg. Whereas after a few hits on Retail, the skill is deemed useless.

 

also evilset said 100 concentration reduces the interruptive effect of 100 damage when i have 1000 hp and 200 dmg when i have 2000 hp right? then why when im killing a mob and i let it hit me it does less than 1k dmg and i have 11k hp why it interrupts 90% my skills specially glacial shard / flame spray and inferno on the first second as well plus i have over 150 con hate hidden stats.

 

You're on the test team right? Could you show us the video that was recorded which convinced Evilset that concentration was retail like?

Yes I am :3 And I don't even see a video.. So I'm assuming it came through either an outside source, or through a PM.

 

Evilset's formula stated 100 concentration=reduced interrupts on attacks that are below 10% of your hp yet when I have 11k HP attacks that do 10 damage still interrupt me more than 50% of the time ~_~

 

Its another broken element which, unfortunately, supports the zerg. Less chance of surviving a zerg if you cant even heal.
